• Unused non-customized products may be returned within 15 days of receipt with prior authorization.

• No returns or refunds for custom products unless the error was ours.
• If we make a mistake, we will remake and ship the corrected item at no additional cost.

• Stock items ship within 1-2 business days; custom items ship within 5 business days, subject to unforeseen delays.

Manufacturing and Product Variations

• Final product colors and engraving results may vary from digital proofs.
• We do not guarantee exact color consistency.

Shipping and Delivery

• We ship domestically and internationally via USPS Priority or UPS.
• International orders incur a $25 documentation fee.
• Lost shipments will be replaced at 50% of the original order cost.

Intellectual Property Submissions

Do not submit ideas, designs, or inventions unless a signed agreement is in place. If submitted, you grant us a royalty-free, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use and distribute the content.
