Most suppliers you will speak to are intermediaries placing your order with a workshop they have never visited. When something goes wrong — a wrong logo file, a delayed batch, a finish that does not match the sample — they are relaying messages.
We own the workshop. The brass is finished here, the engraving is cut here on our own fiber laser, and the packing is done here. When you ask whether 300 units can be ready in three weeks, you get an answer from the person who controls the machine, not an estimate passed down a chain.
Volume pricing
Minimum order 25 units. A 20% discount is applied automatically to your order subtotal at 25 units and above — no coupon needed, and never applied twice. All orders include logo engraving and standard gift packaging at no extra cost. Send us your quantity and specification for a firm quote.
Logo engraving
Files we accept: vector formats are best (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF). High-resolution PNG at 1000px or above works for simpler marks. If all you have is a low-resolution JPEG from a website, send it anyway — we redraw logos to vector at no charge.
What engraves well: clean single-colour marks, solid shapes, clear type. Fine gradients and very thin hairlines lose definition in metal, and we will tell you honestly at proof stage if your mark needs simplifying rather than let you approve something that will disappoint.
Engraving area: approximately 2.75 inches / 70 mm on the lid, with the inner face available for individual names, dates or a message.

How it works
1. Enquiry — tell us quantity, timeline and roughly what you have in mind. We reply within one business day.
2. Quote — firm per-unit pricing, shipping cost and a production date we will commit to.
3. Digital proof — we show you exactly how your logo will sit on the brass. Nothing is cut until you approve in writing.
4. Physical sample — available on request for orders above 100 units, so you hold one before we make three hundred.
5. Production — typically 10–15 business days depending on quantity.
6. Dispatch — shipped tracked, to one address or to many.
Lead times, honestly
Standard production is 10–15 business days for most quantities, plus transit. Rush orders are sometimes possible and we will tell you plainly whether yours is, rather than agree and then apologise. If you are working to a fixed event date, come to us early — the difference between four weeks and two weeks is the difference between comfortable and anxious.
